Summer with temperatures + 42 C/+105 F makes it difficult to live in Moscow. 

In the beginning of August huge territories south/east of Moscow went into fire. 
When the wind changed all the smog was send over Moscow.
It was not possible to breath, windows could not be opened and the population were suffering. 
The death toll was more than double in Moscow with several funerals every day - usually one or two during the week. 
The grass is yellow, many trees have brown leaves.
 Houses burned down and many people have lost their homes and everything. Large areas of harvest are lost in the fire which allready influences prices for food. The people we help are in panic how to survive with very low income and raising prices.
It is not the first crises we have and as before do we hope for support from abroad.

August 19th is the celebration of Transfiguration which is also the day for blessing fruits and this year 19 years ago the sovjet union collapsed.
